How do I get started?
Start with Practice to learn aiming and shot power. When you feel ready, choose a multiplayer room and check its entry cost and rules before joining. Our How to Play page walks you through the essentials.
Are coins or Cash real money?
Coins and Cash are virtual in-game currencies. They have no cash-out value and cannot be exchanged for real money. Review the in-app description before entering a room or purchasing an item.
Where can I find other players?
Explore clubs in the app or browse our community forum. The forum is currently available for reading; registration and new member participation will open after account email is connected.
How do I contact support?
Use our contact page. Include your player ID if available, your device, and a short description of what happened. Never send your password. Email support is being set up, so save the request reference shown on the page.
Can I request account or data deletion?
Yes. Use the dedicated account and data deletion page. You do not need a forum account to submit a request. We verify ownership before taking action.
